Based on the work of Dolores Cannon, QHHT is a regression hypnosis technique that allows one to access their Higher Self for the purpose of gaining insight and clarity to better understand their life's purpose and path and to promote optimal health and wellbeing.

Sessions are in depth, ranging from 4 - 7 hours and are composed of:

*An Interview : an extensive conversation about you, your life history, issues in your life that you would like to better understand and the questions you would like answered. 

*Deep Relaxation: you are guided into to a deep state of relaxation through hypnosis.

*Exploration of the Past: you are guided to review past experiences either from this lifetime or a past lifetime to gain information and insights that relate to the things you are facing and wanting to better understand today.

*Connection with Higher Self: I will ask your Higher Self to explain how what was viewed during the regression pertains to the present life, to address physical health and wellness and to answer your questions. 

Decompression and Follow up: We’ll wind down and review. Option for one hour follow up at a later date.
