Ancient Hawaiian Lomilomi includes bodywork, breath work, massage and embodiment practices that unite body, mind and spirit. There are many lineages of Lomilomi, each with a unique focus. The key uniting forces are the connection between hands and heart and the power of the spirit of Aloha.
Aloha means 'the breath of God is with us". To be in the spirit of Aloha is to feel abundant, alive and connected to the earth and all beings.
To engage with Lomilomi is to feel washed by waves; smoothed to the essence of your being; connected to the abundance of life and to the love of the universe.
Hawaiian Lomilomi Massage
Lomilomi is a traditional Hawaiian form of bodywork and a spiritual practice combining long, flowing strokes inspired by ocean waves with breath and intention to promote circulation, relaxation and overall harmony in the body-mind complex. Stretching and range of motion techniques may also be applied.

Sacred Lomi HA Breathwork
Lomi HA breathwork is a potent practice for moving energy, clearing space in the physical, emotional and etheric bodies and simply for letting go of what no longer serves while inventing in that which does.
This is a deeply meditative yet active breathwork experience that brings the breather into higher levels of consciousness to allow for transformation and transmutation to occur for the individual's highest good. While the practice itself is quite simple, the effects are powerful and profound.
